When treatment nears the end of the second 3-4 week period, you should see a significant increase in the alignment in your back. This typically coincided with relief/ symptoms changes, generally, we see these from the end of weeks 1-2 but often after your first adjustment you can feel increased motion.
At this time, your back should be holding alignment for at least a month, and then we will assess your spine again in a 3 week period.
At this point, we typically reevaluated your shape changes using our postural software.
As your spine continues to stabilise, you would then be moved and evaluated for treatment in about another three weekly intervals to coach out any postural deficits.
More complex cases (large postural changes | severe pain | multiple zones of discomfort | history of trauma) will take longer to recover. If you feel your case is complex you may stay in the high-frequency care phase for longer.
Your bodies ability to bounce back or your Capacity-To-Heal will be different depending on genes, social stress, physical body stress/ workload and history of trauma, and previous fitness levels in the area treated will negatively or positively affect the speed of this process.
